The Adrenaline Rush

Sometimes I do things to get an adrenaline rush, perhaps even something that I know is wrong.

Life is what we make of it.

Life is black or white - it’s as simple as that.

Life live to the fullest.. live every minute like it’s your last..

Ever think, you will never get that minute back?

Ok, since you read this post, that’s a minute gone.

One whole minute.

How do you know how many you have left?

From now on, I’m living life and loving it, taking every moment in it’s glory.

If I have to jump out of a plane to get that adrenaline rush that sometimes so often I crave for, I’ll do it.

Half full or Half Empty

This is a forward that has been circulating the internet for sometime……but very true.

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours
in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 glasses
of wine…

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in
front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very
large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students if t he jar was full. They agreed that it
was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the
jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas
between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was
full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else.

He asked once more if the jar was full.
The students responded with an unanimous “yes.”

The professor then produced two glasses of wine from under the table
and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the
empty space between the sand.

The students laughed.

“Now,” said the professor, as the laughter subsided, “I want you to
recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the
important things; your family, your children, your health, your friends,
and your favorite passions; things that if everything else was lost and
only they remained, your life would still be full.”

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house,
and your car. The sand is everything else; the small stuff.

“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no
room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you
spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have
room for the things that are important to you.”

“Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play
with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your partner
or a good friend out to dinner. Play another 18. Do one more run down
the ski slope. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the
disposal. Take care of the golf balls first; the things that really
matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.”

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the wine
represented.

The professor smiled. “I’m glad you asked. It just goes to show you that
no matter how full your life may seem, there’s always room for a couple
of glasses of wine with a friend.”

I love how Miss Danah has turned all negativity on this blog into positiveness……

her last post basically reflects how strong us women can be……even after everything she has been through this last week, she has stayed strong……infact; I think we are staying strong for each other………..like one another, we are both having problems, deep inside, but yet, we are more than ready to stand up for what we believe in and truly fight….

Reach out.

i truly believe in reaching out for what u want or believe in..and not settling for what seems right, or normal just because it’s an easier path.

not everything in life comes easy. and you dont have to conform.

if u feel it in ur heart and gut, even if slightly..don’t ignore it. it’s there..open up..feel it..acknowledge it..think about it..fight for it, not against it..or simply give into it n let the rest happen on its own.

you might come across alot of obstacles that will knock u down time and time again, even from friends asking u to give up. it’ll hurt u..but surprisingly make u stronger.

i won’t give up. i have the right to fight for what i believe in no matter what the consequences are. i’m living my life, no regrets or what ifs. i know i’d have given it my best shot.

it’s you that shapes ur destiny.

Orgasm!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, we females orgasm in two places……either clitoral or vaginal ……or if your really really lucky - both! It’s only happened me twice in my life but bloody hell, it feels fantastic!

I got thinking bout this cus I was reading some lad’s mag online about males orgasms.. and im sorry but I do actually think it feels better for women…well at least - from what it describes it does………………

Perfect night-no sex

We had a perfect night tonight…. and what mattered even more was the fact that we did nothing physical…we spent time together, laughed.. and I helped him out with his project for uni.

I love how this relationship is not based on sex.

It makes me so happy to know that he loves me and sex doesn’t matter.
